Who is behind the Prolan-Invest team?

The core team consists of Christian Suriano and Lena Gode, who are based in Oxford and have been converting a number of properties around the UK.  We have established a network of contacts in the UK, abroad and in Morocco who act in an advisory role.

We have both grown up in families that have been involved in the building industry and property business. 

We are bright, efficient, decent people who achieve our ambitions through hard work and dedication. 

Christian is 36 and has been running his own IT Consultancy Company, implementing financial systems for big corporations (mostly abroad).  As such he has been involved in project management on a daily basis and has had to ensure that the quality projects were delivered, on time and within budget.  He is originally from Belgium with Italian parents; speaks French, Dutch, Italian and English and has been in the UK for 10 years.   

Lena is 33 and works as a psychiatric nurse. She is excellent at multi tasking, has a good eye for detail and is very good at managing and dealing with people, whatever the circumstances.  She is originally from Sweden; is fluent in Swedish and English, is learning French and has lived in the UK for the last 12 years.

We have been travelling abroad with the intention of getting involved on a building project and have done quite a bit of research on the matter. We finally decided that Morocco would be the place for us. We did our homework with regards to purchasing, planning and building in Morocco and have spent a lot of time establishing the necessary contacts.

Christian is currently working on this project on a full time basis and Lena helps out where and when she can. Lena will join on a full time basis when the project gains momentum and the workload increases.
